Cost: $10 per Notarization + consultation fee of $90 (includes preparation of electronic documents)

Requirements:
- Signer must be born in the US with a SSN
- Valid government issued ID (to be verified electronically)
- Digital copy of documents (PDF), needs to be sent prior to appointment time

Please ensure that you can have an electronic notarization submitted for this type of document with whom you are filing the document.

Follow Up: Our Notary will send an email or call to gather required information and documentation
